Hormone Panel

This hormone panel is designed to assess your eligibility for hormone therapy and determine the appropriate dosage for you. It consists of comprehensive lab tests that go beyond the standard ones. We recommend getting this panel twice a year. You can purchase it here and we will contact you to schedule an in-clinic lab draw.

 *IMPORTANT- the initial consult fee is $200 (one time cost) at time of appointment. This is a 30 minute time slot with the provider to discuss symptoms, medical history, risk factors, etc. You can use AfterPay or Cherry for the consult cost if you want to break it into payments!
